This case take old Hsiuping University of Science and Technology at south district of Taichung as example, transform the huge urban waste into a 3D park where everyone can use. It not only adds greenery, but also reduce the fast temple of modern city. At the same time, the addition of daycare centre for elders and infants decline the burden of the youths that came from aging and popularization of dual-income families. By inserting new circulation system, the original frame structure is destroyed, and new border between internal and external is formed. Therefore, the changeless activity inside the building enriches as well as the accessibility is established.
