Waterfront Negotiator - Breeding Pool and Sea bathing Within Infrastructure Remain

The project is located in an high way remain at Beigan Island, Matsu. The road was built in order to connect two villages between two islands, in 1987. It stands on tombolo with seawall-like caisson foundation in the sea, which blocks waves and tore the ecosystem apart.Up to 2014, government planned to build a new bridge and dismantle it in 2024.I suggest removing the road partly, and make the rest caissons exposed in waves. Plant local industry (abalone breeding) and oceam activities(sea bathing). Introduce a system of waterways to controll relationship between the remains and tides. Fragmentation and juxtaposition, make enomous infrastructure a place human could engage in.
