Par(k)liament_the Adminitration Offices

The future parliament of Taiwan should integrate within citizens’ everyday life.

Facing the urban streets, shops, restaurants and so on are installed, allowing citizens to interact with the parliament. By using various landscape elements, the public are guided from the riverside park to the parliament. While ensuring the safety of the politicians, the roof of the library opens up to allow protests and assembly to take place.
Above the public plaza/library are the administration offices, representative laboratories, chamber of assembly, and miscellaneous offices. Among them, the administration offices in the west side are at the forefront between politicians and the public. Between the opened-up the administration offices are where the negotiations happen, allowing public organizations to intervene and influence policies.
Three each to its own, create an operation of lawmaking, with the participation, surveillance of the public.
