Media Center-A Study on Vertical Streets

Through the study of three streets - Zhonghua Road, Tianwaitian Surrounding, and La Rambla in Barcelona, the spatial characteristics of the streets are captured and drawn into a diagram. Among them, the space experience of narration and flashback from Tianwai Tianshun is used to form the overall structure of the media center.
The entire media hall is divided into three parts. The north building captures the experience of the back alley of the street, and the pushed walking space is formed by the t-core structure; The space system of each floor is defined; the middle is connected by a large walkway with a single direction and embedded in boxes in different directions, and the other side is connected by an air bridge to the different floors of the north and south buildings. Different floors will have the same street experience, but Presented with different spatial means, the overall walking experience presents a montage-like spatial effect. The arc-shaped e-sports arena embedded under the ground floor plays a virtual core role, similar to the theater space that Yu Tianwaitian has been demolished but still can be seen.
