Nomadic Building
The area is located on the transfer station and beside the traditional business area.The current ratio of business and population are extremely high. I consider that a congregate housing here could be a place with flexibility, which promote the communication and combination between community and business.Nomadic building respond to the business ecosystem, which is a system that need opportunity to communicate to the utmost. General congregate housing is basically mainly concern the dwelling of people. However, why we don’t combine business and dwelling together when we in a business area?If we doing so, we can offer the employment to take the advantage to cooperate with the industries effectively. And make the definition of this congregate housing as a business hotel ,which provides the opportunity to communicate ,with availability of short-living and co-working.It is different scales of nine square grids that divide the attributes of the space. It is also used as a boundary in various interface spaces, hoping to achieve the effect of blurring and bidirectionalization. From bottom to top, the nomadic corridor is used as a link; providing space for business and leisure.
