Located beside the building of the architectecture aprtmart, the cabin is built for the lockdown of school due to the covid-19 alert. Instead of dividing it into two completely disconnected space, I create fenestration in the wall. The floor was cut and raised to limit horizontal move but create more visual contact between the users simultaneously. By merging the flow into one staircase, it emphasize the connection on left and right. The huge glass curtain is in response to the privacy and the atmosphere. When you approach to the tilted glass curtain from inside, you can interect with walking people beneth you. But when you don’t, it just serve as an entrance of light and view. To conclude, i think the architectture should not create limitation to our activites, instead, it should return the decion to the users, and adapt to the enviorment throughout the time. Thus, the decision belongs to the users whether he wants to interect with the other or he wants privacy.
