RehaBAMBOO incorporates three different timelines into one project. It starts with the medical and legal timeline of rehab patients, consisting 1 week of intense medical watch, followed by 6 months of withdraw care, and finally another 6 month of security and recovering program. The second timeline describes the life cycle of bamboos. In Taiwan, bamboos could take 3 years to grow to be viable building material, and various preservation treatments also take different amounts of time. Last of all, a self-build construction timeline is designed to integrate the former two phases, bringing the rehab treatment procedure together with the cycle of nature.
