Par(k)liament

We think the future Taiwanese parliament should integrate within citizens’ everyday life.
Facing the urban streets, installing shops, restaurants, allowing citizens to interact with the parliament. And using various landscape elements to guide the public from the riverside park to the parliament. Then, ensuring the safety of the politicians, opening up the roof of the library, allowing protests, assembly to take place.
Above the public plaza/library are the: administration offices, representative laboratories, chamber of assembly, and miscellaneous offices.
