Doctor of Desgin
Harvard University Graduate School of Design (GSD)

I hold a Bachelor of Architecture Degree (1996) from Tunghai University ( Taiwan ) and a Master of Design Studies degree (2000) in the area of digital media and production environments from Harvard Graduate School of Design (GSD). I had been conducting research and design projects on the applications of digital media at the Center for Design Informatics for three years until returning to GSD in 2003 pursuing my Doctor of Design degree.

With both professinal architecrural and digital media design backgrounds, my personal interest is to explore the blurring boundary between space and media and how the emerging digital tectonics is re-shaping concepts and practices of hybrid design (bricks + bits) in response to rapid social, cultural, and economic transformation at the information and mobile age.
